Ordering your child’s photos online is quick and easy:
If you are pre-ordering before picture day, simply enter your school’s access code found on your child's order form that was sent home, and follow the prompts to complete your order.
There is a 10% savings when you pre-order, PLUS you get FREE shipping! Your child's photos will be delivered directly to their school within three weeks of picture day.

Looking to view your proofs after picture day?
1. Enter your personal access code from your access card or proof card.
2. Browse the album to find your photo(s).
3. Select your preferred photo packages and place your order.

Do I have to PrePay?
No, you can purchase after viewing the photo, but by using the prepay option, you will save 10% and save on shipping costs.
Can I order extra items later?
Yes! Once your child’s photos are ready, you’ll receive a gallery link. From there, you can:
- Order additional prints
- Download digital images
- Purchase gifts and keepsakes
What if my child is absent on Picture Day?
Don’t worry! A make-up day will be scheduled. Your school will share those details.
When will I receive my child’s pictures?
You can expect photos to be delivered to the school within 2–3 weeks after Picture Day. Online orders may ship directly to your home if selected during checkout. Home shipping could take up to 2 weeks, but usually less.
How long will I be able to download photos?
Download links for digital products stay active for up to 6 weeks from when an order is placed.

How do I download my digital image?
When the photos are ready (please allow up to 10 days after picture day), you will receive an email with a zip file containing your photo, and will need to be extracted.
